Beauty Smile Elite Care™ is Beauty Smile PV's annual program of preventive care, maintenance, and preferential benefits. These Terms and Conditions govern its purchase and use and are available to patients before purchase and throughout the membership term.
By purchasing the membership, the patient accepts these Terms and Conditions and Appendix A, which must be available before purchase. This document does not need to be completed or signed. Any required express authorizations, including authorization for recurring charges, will be obtained through the enabled purchase process.
The membership holder's details, purchase date, and amount paid will be recorded in the applicable confirmation or purchase receipt and do not need to appear in this reference document.
1. Purpose of the Membership
Beauty Smile Elite Care™ is an annual preventive care program with exclusive benefits for Beauty Smile PV patients.
The services, benefits, prices, and specific conditions included in the membership are described in Appendix A, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
The membership is not dental insurance and does not replace any dental treatment that may be required based on each patient's diagnosis.
Every procedure is subject to professional evaluation, diagnosis, and recommendation.
2. Term
The membership is valid for 12 months from the date the enrollment payment is made.
During this period, the patient may use the included benefits under these Terms and Conditions and Appendix A.
Benefits must be used during the applicable term. Unused benefits do not accumulate and do not carry over to later periods.
3. Payment Method and Charge Authorization
When enrolling in Beauty Smile Elite Care™, the patient will provide and authorize the registration of a card as the membership payment method.
During enrollment, the patient's authorization for the initial charge and express, informed consent for recurring annual renewal charges will be obtained, stating the amount, frequency, and charge date. Merely reviewing these Terms and Conditions does not constitute charge authorization.
Payment information is processed and stored through the applicable payment provider, in accordance with its own security and privacy standards.
Beauty Smile PV does not need to retain the patient's complete card information to process authorized charges through that provider.
4. Automatic Renewal
Beauty Smile Elite Care™ operates under an automatic annual renewal model, subject to the patient's express and informed consent to recurring charges, obtained at enrollment.
At the end of the 12-month term, the membership will renew for a new 12-month period and the applicable charge will be made automatically using the registered payment method, unless the patient has previously requested cancellation of automatic renewal.
Beauty Smile PV will comply with applicable notice, information, and cancellation requirements for recurring charges. The patient is responsible for keeping payment and contact details current.
5. Price and Price Changes
The annual membership price is MXN $3,500, including applicable taxes.
Price changes apply only to future purchases or renewals and do not alter an already paid current term.
Any change will be disclosed before the renewal charge as required by applicable law, and the patient may cancel automatic renewal before the new price takes effect.
6. Cancellation of Automatic Renewal
The patient may cancel automatic renewal at any time before the renewal charge is made through Beauty Smile PV's official channels. Electronic cancellation will be accessible, immediate, and free of unnecessary obstacles or penalties.
Cancellation prevents new renewal charges; the membership remains active until the end of the already paid term, benefits may be used during that term, and unused benefits expire at its end.
Cancellation does not create a right to a refund for any amount already paid, except where required by law.
7. No-Refund Policy
Membership payments are non-refundable, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Failure to use the membership or any of its benefits does not give rise to refunds, credits, compensation, or extensions.
8. Personal and Non-Transferable Membership
The membership is personal and individual to the registered holder.
It may not be transferred, shared, sold, assigned, exchanged for cash, or used by another person. Benefits are available only to the membership holder.
9. Scheduling of Benefits
Benefits require a prior appointment and are subject to appointment availability.
Beauty Smile PV may recommend dates for the use of benefits. Scheduling them within the membership term is a shared responsibility of the patient and Beauty Smile PV.
10. Appointment Cancellations and No-Shows
Patients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance through Beauty Smile PV's official channels.
A no-show occurs when the patient does not attend or fails to cancel within the established notice period.
After more than three no-shows during the membership term, the patient will forfeit one included maintenance cleaning. No-shows do not create a right to a refund.
11. Beauty Smile Club™
The patient may receive an invitation to join Beauty Smile Club™, a private WhatsApp community with educational content, member benefits, experiences, and updates.
Participation is voluntary. The patient will not be added automatically, and any consent required for participation will be collected separately.
Declining or leaving the Club does not affect the membership or its benefits.
12. Membership Communications
Beauty Smile PV may contact the patient regarding the membership, including appointment reminders, benefit use, renewals, payments, and relevant operational information, in accordance with the applicable privacy notice.
Communications may be sent by WhatsApp, telephone, email, or other authorized contact channels. Marketing communications are governed by any separate consent that may be required.
13. Privacy and Personal Data
Beauty Smile PV will process the patient's personal and clinical information in accordance with its applicable privacy notice and legal obligations.
Authorization for Beauty Smile Club™ or promotional communications, when required, is independent from membership enrollment.
14. Program Changes
Beauty Smile PV may modify future membership prices, benefits, and operating conditions.
Changes will not remove benefits from a current paid term, except in cases of force majeure, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond Beauty Smile PV's reasonable control.
Any changes applicable to a renewal will be communicated in advance.
15. Termination for Misuse
Beauty Smile PV may terminate the membership for fraud, misuse, attempted transfer, false information, aggressive conduct, or serious or repeated violations of these Terms and Conditions.
Termination for misuse does not entitle the patient to a refund, subject to applicable law.
16. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By purchasing the membership, the patient accepts these Terms and Conditions and Appendix A.
The patient is responsible for reviewing the price and asking any questions before purchase. Acceptance covers the annual term and the use of included benefits.
Consent for recurring charges is obtained during enrollment. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions does not replace any separate consent required for Club participation, promotions, procedures, or data processing.
These Terms and Conditions will remain available through Beauty Smile PV's official channels. The version accepted at the time of purchase or renewal will apply.
Appendix A
Beauty Smile Elite Care™ Membership Benefits
This Appendix forms part of the Beauty Smile Elite Care™ Terms and Conditions and sets out the price and specific conditions for using membership benefits.
1. Price and Annual Payment
The annual membership price is MXN $3,500, including applicable taxes, for one 12-month period.
The membership renews automatically on an annual basis using the registered payment method, subject to the patient's prior express and informed consent and the cancellation provisions in these Terms and Conditions.
2. Included Services
The membership includes three maintenance cleanings per year, an aesthetic smile design evaluation, and, once per year, a gift of one dental consultation plus one maintenance cleaning for a person chosen by the member.
It also includes a preventive evaluation at every visit, personalized follow-up, and a Premium Oral Hygiene Kit.
3. Start Date and Frequency of Use
Membership benefits are available from payment and throughout the annual term. Included services must be scheduled in advance and used during that term.
4. Discounts and Preferential Rates
Where preferential rates apply, they are subject to professional evaluation and must be confirmed before the service is provided. Preferential rates cannot be combined with other discounts, benefits, or promotions.
6. Specific Conditions
Discounts and benefits may not be accumulated or combined with each other or with other promotions. Only one discount or benefit applies per service or treatment.
Evaluation requirements and clinical or age restrictions depend on the service or treatment and will be communicated before the relevant service is provided.
7. Other Benefits
The membership includes priority care, meaning preference in appointment scheduling within availability, without guaranteeing a specific date or time.
The patient may voluntarily participate in Beauty Smile Club™ and may access exclusive member benefits and the Beauty Smile Experience when available, subject to their stated conditions.
8. Location and Scheduling
Benefits may be used at Beauty Smile PV's current location. If new locations open, the patient will be informed whether the membership and its benefits are also valid there.
Appointments must be requested through Beauty Smile PV's official channels and remain subject to schedule availability.
9. Application of Benefits
The benefits applicable to each patient are those communicated at enrollment and are available from membership payment during the applicable annual term. Each renewal is governed by the benefits communicated for the new period and these Terms and Conditions.
